I used to frequent a local junkyard until it closed down. Now my yards are like 45 mins away near the airport. So between traffic and distance. It’s not as fun as it once was

Those only came in a medium gray. This was a 2002 Firebird Trans Am. I never looked with her. She did all the searching. I only recommended painting one to match, one time.

Well that sux!Sad day today.
I went west on I-10 from the other side of the river, where I rarely ever start at. This took me by the aforementioned LKQ, as it's off of a service road that runs parallel to I-10. They're CLOSED. No cars anywhere and the building looks deserted. Just empty acreage. I don't know when or why, but I'm really bummed. The next U-Pull-It place is about 30 minutes away, not terribly far, but across the river and nowhere nearly as close as this LKQ was. Also, it's not nearly as big and they don't do the 40%-off sales the weekends around the major holidays.
Had one in my 3rd gen.She did al the searching and I would bet that either she did not find any cars that were a match, any console covers that were even still there or they were there but damaged. The only conversations we had was about painting. She did share with me that if there were no cars there, she told me that. This was all her baby.
