Just completed update, now my preset/favorites bar is completely gone

Just completed a software update on my 2022 Z71 Tahoe yesterday (8/18/23). Now the entire presets/favorites bar is gone. Customer service is of no help. Anyone else have this issue?

I did the latest update yesterday afternoon, July 18. I have not noticed anything different (yet).

My 22 Yukon XL Denali did the same thing yesterday. There was no update performed.

If you try to add a station back in, does it not show up in the favorites bar? IOW, did the reset appear to simply wipe out any stored favorites, or did it wipe out the favorites feature altogether?
