just dropped my tahoe bad toe out

i just dropped my tahoe 3/5 and my steering drifts from left to right. i noticed that my tires are toed out. is this common on a drop. just want to make sure i didnt also mess anything else up.

You didn't get an alignment after the drop?

no i just finished it tonight. it goes to the alignment shop tomorrow. just wan to make sure that this is normal and can be fixed by an alignment shop.

It's normal to need an alignment badly after a drop. After they are done it should be back to normal and without the toe.

it is normal after a drop. but i do believe the djm instructions for the 3" drop lower control arms say 3 turns in on the tie rod ends will get you close.

You are killing your tires if you are driving it without adjusting the toe. I would have it towed to the alignment shop. This is why I had an alignment shop install my arms.

The couple miles to the closest alignment shop won't hurt. Going on a 20 mile test drive will.
