This car has been in my family since day one. I have been taking care of it on the dot as much as I could. So far some major problems (but not uncommon) have been the front differential, air ride compressor in the rear and my water pump.

I was wondering what things I have to look out for around these higher miles. I plan on keeping the truck for as long as possible. I have an AEM short ram CAI. Helps with some throttle response and throatiness.

The transmission is a bit weird on second gear going into third. It jumps RPMs almost seems like it is slipping. But I don't find that as a big deal.

Any input and suggestions and experiences will be greatly thanked and appreciated!

Tie rods, pitman arm, idler arm, ball joints. They may not need replacing, but will definitely show signs of wear and should be checked out.

Cool thank you guys for the replies. The truck is an amazing truck. We have a 2010 Escalade in our family as well. Not built nearly as good as the previous generation.
