...On the fuel lines, I didnt mount them to the block yet. I moved them to the right, away from the dist cap. I called their tech support today to tell them about it, they didnt know shit...
I didn't mount mine to the block or tranny either. I wasn't going to either. You?

...I might dyno it tomorrow.

Yes please.

Dyno chart for spacer provided by Taylor....LINK

Gpracer's provided dyno chart...(before mods)

Is it my imagination, or does his chart look almost exactly like the before Taylor chart?

Anyone care to place bets on the outcome of the his new Dyno chart (post mods)? Will it now look like Taylors? Better? Worse?

unknown at this time.
I don't trust any dyno chart unless it has details on the bottom with clues onto what the engine perimeters were. the vmax one looks like a calculated chart.

If I wake my ass up early enough tomorrow and feel like dropping another $75 I might just find out.

Tomorrow I am also gonna log with the wideband to see if it is running lean which I think it is since I heard some ping today (once) at about 4k (100 degrees)

Well, I am stumped...... Truck is faster, you can feel it for sure, but the dyno is saying nothing. I have a hard time believing that. Before I cleaned the MAF the AFRs were ~15-16.0 same day I ran the first dyno. Then I cleaned the MAF and since then it has been ~13 AFR. Today at the dyno was 3 degrees cooler and 8% less humidity and it only made maybe +5 hp and 0 tq ?????
I dont think so, not after a Vmax spacer, ported TB and MPFI spider.

Before.....

After (today) NOTE: The blue line was the lowest of the first dyno run last week.

I also logged with the wideband and the 3300 rpm transition is because it is still in closed loop till then (@14.7 not making power) . Too bad we cant keep the trans in second from idle up, then that low 2500-3500 wouldnt be there. The dip at around 4400 can also be seen as the AFR starts to rise....tuning needed. It hits about 13.3 AFR where the dip is.

Don't worry too much about the numbers. If you said it feels quicker then the parts obviously work.

Especially when my logged 0-60 mph went down almost 3 seconds.:)

I dont know how much hp it takes to make a 5500 lb truck with 3.73 gears go 3 seconds faster, but the dyno numbers were almost exactly the same before and after

Huh!
I'm surprised. I really thought the numbers would go up. Probably not as much as the Taylor chart, but up some....

I havn't timed any runs though. I'm running the 'butt-O-meter', and I'm with ya on the 'it feels faster'.

So I was thinking about these dyno numbers for a while......is there any possiblity that torque management could be affecting the readings on the dyno since it would be making more hp than the tables in the stock tune?

And another thing.....the stupid alternator was quitting at exactly 3500 rpms and up, so the truck was dropping down to battery voltage ov 12 v instead of 14v while at WOT......just found out recently.
