Want to get rid of the chrome, anyone ever paint the handles and roof rack?

I had a body shop paint my Esky roof rack and a year later it's still good. I hated that chrome and have none on my truck. Period.

Don't remember but the owner is a friend so he always gives me a good deal. Seems like it was $100. It takes a lot of sanding and prep since it's chrome.

I'm kind of thinking about vinyl wrap for the rack. Not sure about the handles yet

Nice looking Denali xl! You could buy factory color matched handles. The LT tahoes and SLT yukons came with factory color matched handles and any of those would work on your Denali. eBay and amazon are good places to pick those up.

Welcome!! Not too long ago I came from an 05 Tahoe, to an 09 Tahoe with a 6.2 in it. I still have the 05, but I almost can't drive it anymore because of how much better the 09 is!! I love having struts up front, no more ancient steering system the gmt800 has, and having the 6 speed tranny are the biggest things I love the most compared to the 05. The 6.2 is also so much better than the old 5.3. Can't wait to see what all you do your Denali!

It a hell of a lot better then my 03 that is completely wore out. We had to buy it in a pinch a couple years ago. Finally got to upgrade.
