not quite sure to be honest I had it with the 8200 I put in the silverado so it's been a couple years I can probably find out though from the stereo shop here.

It's not that important, I was just curious... I'm sure as heck not pulling it all back apart to change it now... lol
Looks good. Yeah they all mount from the back, and because it's not a "universal double din", some minor trimming is sometimes used but is fine.

Got a couple pics for you today so you can see how the navi works.
You can see the name of the cross road you are approaching at the bottom when not on the navigation screen...
And you can see what song is playing at the bottom while in the navigation screen along with what source it is playing from...

I received my OBD2 splitter today. I hooked it up and got it mounted...
This is after I mounted it in the factory location...
It accomplishes one goal that I had which was to be able to hook the data lines to the OBD2 port without splicing into the trucks harness and without just plugging the stereos connector into the port and seeing the wires hanging out from under the dash.
I tried using the gauges on the HU and OBD2 dongle with my phone and the Torque Pro app and it was EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW.
It also makes some of the gauges not work on both devices.
If I turn the HU off it works as expected on my phone.
The moral of the story is... the data coming through the canbus lines is just not strong enough to feed both connections at the same time.... oh well, you live and learn, at least I don't have wires hanging out from under my dash and if I need the torque pro app for something I can't do with the HU I will just turn the HU off while I use the app... simple as that.

That's weird... they show up for me.
one thing I like about having a nav is being able to just hit the button at any random jammed up intersection and look for short cuts around it, like intersecting cross streets, comes in handy often.

Also wanted to mention that my Kenwood didn't come with the little rubber piece that goes into the hole at the back of the dash.
I was going to re-use the one off the Rosen but the bolt was bigger in diameter and wouldn't screw into the Kenwood.
I ended up removing the rubber from the bolt on the Rosen and drilling a hole all the way through it and getting a bolt from the hardware store that fit the back of the Kenwood and mounting it that way...
More than one way to skin a cat as they say.
