Yep, that’s how mine is too. Gotta remember that the engine isn’t making much power at idle but on the highway pulling a camper, it is. The factory radiator is undersized for the 6.2 towing, imho.
Is there an aftermarket rad that fits as a drop in unit and doesn’t require modding like the cold case does?

Is the Mishimoto a direct fit?

Mishimoto came on here bragging about it for a bit then fell off the earth, a couple members have bought them, I seem to recall there needing to be minor modifications for install not unlike the coldcase.

My cold case just needed some massaging of the mounting tabs. No real modification of anything...other than the fan shroud of course due to the added core thickness.
