I am changing out the knock sensor on my 2002 Tahoe 5.3L. Is there anything else I can change while I am in there?

I recently did this. I did a new throttle body base seal, cleaned the throttle body, valve cover gaskets, oil pressure sensor at back of engine, plug wires and plugs if old enough, oil change, my pcv hose was split and I did that too. Others will chime in as well.

I just posted some pictures about it, go check those out. I agree with lots of cleaning and the oil pressure sensor is a good idea if you want because it's easy to get at with the intake off.
Thanks! When I searched it didn’t come up.

You guys are all awesome. Thank you for the help. In the meantime while I am waiting for parts to arrive... here is what I did so we could drive the truck thanks to another YouTuber...
