When I painted my Escalade bezel to match my interior I cleaned really well and then used this stuff! http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.wmbarr.com/Images/ProductImages/etpo123image.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.wmbarr.com/product.aspx%3Fcatid%3D1%26prodid%3D56&usg=__S0F-EEgJRTDe72Zc6-5f9JHHvFc=&h=275&w=198&sz=46&hl=en&start=3&um=1&itbs=1&tbnid=gqi5aoh3oHgSzM:&tbnh=114&tbnw=82&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dbulldog%2Badhesion%2Bpromoter%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DN%26rlz%3D1R2ADFA_enUS364%26tbs%3Disch:1
It was recommended by a local interior guy who has been doing it longer than I have been alive! I'm real happy with the way it turned out. It also bonded very well!

To tell you the truth, I haven't used adhesion promotor lately. Plastic paint alone sticks very well. But not at all saying don't use it. Adhesion promotor works very well if you decide not to use a plastic paint, it will ensure the paint will stick to the plastic, like a primer. My .02

Sweet, thanks guys! gonna go at it tonight I think. with my grill and the part of the dash that pops off first. Gonna use the Krylon burgundy color and see how it works. Also gonna do my stock rims in flat black and see how it goes. if it fails I can always strip it

I did the dash piece and the plastic piece that goes over the fans. dash looks great! I will try to get some pics up soon. I used 150 grit sand paper on the dash then washed it then rubbed it down the rubbing alcohol and let it dry then rubbed it down with a clean dry rag. Did the plastic piece under the hood in 100 grit and it looks like crap, you can see the sand marks. Make sure you go over it again in at least 150 grit for the final sand.

I have trying to strip off all the chrome by hand from the grill and am making a mess. Cant get it out of the small cracks. and my fingers are sore as hell. Anyone have advice on this?

Next I am going to clean up my stock rims real good and hit them with a satin black. Then find more things to paint on the inside lol

So I said **** it with the grill, got tired of tearing up my hands trying to get the chrome off, and found one online for 51.18 shipped. Heres the link http://www.partsgeek.com/gbproducts...ontent=AYY&utm_campaign=PartsGeek+Google+Base

Hope its not crap cause its so cheap but its not painted which is what I want. So I will let you all know when I get it in.
