Looks great! Did you use any sort of LED protectors with these?

I'm pretty sure you need LED protectors for ANY LED's hooked up to the Tahoe's DRL's... I have LED DRL's and have LED protectors on mine...

---------- Post added at 02:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:36 PM ----------

Purchased mine from V-LED just plug and play.
V-LED
Pic DRL 1LED has OEM bulb on left of pic drivers right. Secon pic DRL 2LED has both LED's installed.

Man yours looks sooooo much brighter then mine, might have to make the switch to v-led's. Got the part# or website link to this EXACT part?

Yes I agree. Just wondered if he did since he mentioned "plug and play"

Would you mind shedding light on the LED protectors you used? Are they the same as the ones mentioned earlier in this thread?

They ARE "plug and play". It -WILL- work without the protectors. BUT, will they blow? probably. how soon? who knows... didn't want to risk it. Modded said he's been through a few pairs so better safe then sorry!

The LED protectors are needed to protect the LED bulb from power/voltage surges (ex: turning on the ignition/using jumper cables while leds are on/etc) and can be used on any LED's for the DRL/turning signals. Modded showed me these online... I ordered two of these. (Thanks modded!)

OK yea same thing Modded showed me. I guess at this point I would love to see some pics of how these protectors are installed.
