hello intro from Louisiana.
landed here yesterday since I have decided to look for a new 'er' suburban.
kind of gun shy on the new body style stuff due to price n wanted to see my options on modding an 05 or 06 low mile burb. my wife n I do a lil catering and have an antique furniture delivery business so I tow always and have had an awesome time w my current 2000 model burb which I purchased 5yrs ago and has clocked just over 225k w original engine, transmission n g80 w3.73s. I have quickly picked up on the nice work done by owners here that have done body color bumper mods n etc to accentuate the older body style. problem now is that the 07+ crowd on here has also done a tremendous job of modding and have made my tendency to stay old body style that much harder to stick to!
I look forward to seeing more awesome burbs hoes n yuks as I work my way through the site n build threads to help decide on my next work horse.
