Ladder on truck?

Pretty sure I get an idea every day with this truck but now that I'm catching up on maintenance I'm thinking about doing an overland style build with a ladder to reach the roof mounted on the truck. Anyone ever seen something like that or know where to find parts to make that happen?

I know it's a Ford but something like that would be awesome, with a spare tire carrier on the back too.

Different strokes for different folks, I like the ladders on Hummers. Figured I could add something unique to my Tahoe.

If you're doing a roof top tent, which I'm assuming since you mentioned overland, most of those come with the ladder built into them.
