Larin Floor Jack from Costco

Shot in the dark here. I have a Larin AJLD-2 floor jack that I got from Costco years ago. I'm trying to figure out which screw is to fill the jack. There are two, one on the hydraulic ram and one on the valve body.

I lost the manual for it. Any insight is appreciated.
