I've been trying to track down an oil leak. I originally had it coming off the starter bolts pretty good, so I cleaned up everything really good and now its not coming from the bolts, its coming off the cross member near the passenger side. Inspection hole for the flywheel is dry. Don't really see anything from valve cover on that side. In the picture you can see the drip forming and about to fall. Any ideas?

Other places to look (I'm dealing with this now, too) are the valley pan gasket and oil pressure sender gasket.

The oil filter housing "plate" can be another source of the leak, but that's on the driver's side.

Maybe check your oil cooler lines, assuming you have a cooler? I know the Denalis do but not sure of the 5.3's.
