Honestly they're not too bad to change. It's like an hour to hour and a half job. Most of which is spent cursing at either the clips or trying to thread the line out the front
2 things of note:
1. Replace the fittings too
2. They'll probably get bent a little bit on install trying to thread them through. Just make sure that when it's all said and done, that the lines aren't contacting each-other. Those little tippy-taps when you go over bumps will eventually cause them to wear a hole in themselves. You can gently work them into place. Or if that's not practical for whatever reason - wrap one or both lines at the contact points in cloth wiring harness tape, or self-fusing tape. Just put something between them that's hard wearing and has some give.
