Tried searching, but couldn't quite find the specifics. I want to replace all interior lights with LED's (except the dash). I also want to do the puddle lights in the mirrors and license plate lights. Do we have bulb #'s listed in any threads? Can I just replace the bulbs w LEDs, or do I need to mod anything else for them to work properly?
Thanks

go to superbrightleds.com when you put in your vehicle specs it lists all the led bulbs you need for your truck

6 194 LED Bulbs with the bases for the instrument cluster

PC74 LEDs are for stuff like the turn signals on the cluster
you cannot use the factory bases the bulbs wont come out
you can also use the 194 leds with out the bases in just about every other light in the vehicle except the dome lights you need 3 of the festoon bulbs for the front and 3 for the cargo area
578 LED festoon bulb
everything else like the climate controls and dimmer panel have to be taken apart and bulbs have to be de soldered and new leds re soldered there is a thread on how to do it yourself all though i tried on my climate control and toasted it and i had to buy a new one for 50 bucks
the guy that did the write up says you can send him your stuff and hell do it all but i got as far as price and i have yet to get an address to send funds to

Cant get puddle lights to work!

I put in LED bulbs on my side mirrors, rear plates, reverse lights and all interior. Everything works exept for the puddle lights. The thing is the mirror lights were working about 2 months ago, but now not even stock bulbs work. Tried turning perimeter lighting on in steering wheel control and nothin. Anybody have an idea of what it might be. Appreciate the help guys

Try checking the LMP fuse, I think it is a 15 amp (blue fuse)

Anyone know where I can get a lens for the puddle lights? The one on my pass side mirror keeps falling out, especially when I go through a car wash... it's always hanging out and I have to pop it back in and finagle it (like that word? lol) around a little bit to get it to stay in, but it's still loose. The parts stores all say it's a dealer-only item and I'd have to buy a whole new mirror assembly. WTF-ever.

Any ideas? I don't see a junkyard letting me buy that without buying a whole mirror setup.

Well you could either put some silicone on the lens to hold it on there, or go to a junkyard and pull the little piece off and pocket it lol.
