Hello all,
I am new to the forum but really like it, I have an 09 denali xl and purchased a set of ipcw bermuda black led tails and the left has a fast flash. all else is fine, I called tech support and they told me that I needed a resistor or load equalizer ? They also told me that they would send me instructions where to put it - but NO such stuff!!!! So what I got was a crimp connector on either end and a heat shrunk resistor or equalizer in the middle. the questions is which wire do I connect this too???
thanks
Chris

wrong forum... :)

but I would assume you got two... one for the turn signal bulb wire on each tail.

if it is only the left... you SURE the front left turn signal is working? :)

Well sorry for putting it in the wrong thread:hands::hands:

both are working fine, just the left has a fast flash after a few seconds flashing, so i know that the flash is sensing low voltage and kicking in the fast flash. Just don't know which wire leading to the turn to clip on the resistor?

MOD - can you move this to the correct forum please - sorry!

it goes on the positive wire for the turn signal at the tail light. All it does is trick the car into thinking you have a conventional bulb instead of LED's

the resistor has a black wire on one end and a red wire on the other with two clip connectors attached to them. Do I splice into the postive "green" wire of the turn signal and "bridge" it to another wire. Really is the resistor wire only attaching to ONE wire so that the flash relay senses a full draw for correct flash rate?
thanks
