I would like some for mine but its a barn door.
I bet my 35watt LED reverse lights would be really bright in them!
They do make them. I had some at work one day and told mike about it, but it couldnt happen.
I have hid's in my reverse lights. Like it was mentioned a couple posts back, w/ leds they tend to be longer than hid bulbs and can possibly hit. My hid bulbs do not hit, nor are they close and much brighter than leds, but take a sec to light up. Going strong on 2 years same bulbs.
-------No hyperflash w/ the correct tail lights---
And for all wondering about the hyperflash. All you need is the tails that have been listed and make sure when looking that it states resistors built in. (it will be a black box on the back side of the tails when you look at the pictures.) For example - Look at the back side picture of this led taillight, right below where the reverse light goes, that little box is the resistor built in.

I have installed quite a few on my tahoe and never lost normal operation. Just make sure they have resistors and your fine. No need to add one or put in front lights to match.
I have Spyder LED tails listed in the classified section
I've never heard of resistors being "in" the tails, as I've been told you have to wire them up front. However, I say screw resistors and their heat, and check this.
Here is a link to smoked tails I purchased some 2 weeks ago. They around maybe 2mm shorter than stock, but still fit perfectly. Note: You WILL have to take the bevel clasps off of the stock housings where they screw in, but you'll see what I mean. They look amazing, truly amazing. I am doing my camera work this next week after some plastidipping, so will be sure to link it in this thread if you haven't decided yet. Also note that a bulb for the reverse is not included, so get you an LED while you're at it!
Now, for your hyper flash. I have heard that not everyone experiences it for some reason. For the sake of time, I didn't care to test it, and I ordered this nifty product off of Amazon.com at the same time as the lights. It will replace the flasher module under your dash, allowing for the negligible power draw from the LEDs. It is plug n' play, and gives a nice new blinker sound (not tick tock, more like thump thomp) that is lower in frequency and simply less loud. Works as it should.
You mentioned you wanted factory, and I insist that those LEDs look aweesome, awesome, awesome. They are lightly smoked, much more gray than black. However, if you are looking for no tint at all, still look for housings from that seller.
Grimes, those look like the Sonar lights with resistors built in already. They are an exact match to mine. You went the way I did and bought an led flasher. In my opinion it is the only way to go. I don't see why people would hack up their wiring harness to install resistors.

If they are not too long. I tried DDM's cree lights in the first set, the sonars, and the bulb hit the lense knocking them out.
If its still worth anything to OP, here are the pics I was talking about, Top set of LEDs is brake, which has 2 stage for tail light and brake light. Second set is the blinker (hazards in pic). Didn't get one of reverse, but that is up to you as the bulb is not included. However, I suggest a BRIGHT LED. As in, on superbrightleds.com get the ones with 4 or 5 bulbs in relative brightness (believe over 140 lumens).
Hey everyone thanks for all of your help I appreciate it. I'm glad to see there is a plug and play fix that doesn't require cutting up the pig tails. Thanks Grimes. Tojo I saw your lights a few weeks ago but I'm wanting something that looks like it came from the factory. Here are the two I'm considering.
Option 1

In my opinion these look more for a GMC with the reverse light down low. (yes I know they will fit mine)
Option 2

This is my personal first choice. With the reverse light in the middle similar to my factory lights and new Chevy's. I believe they are "G2" Has anyone heard of complaints???
