Wondering how long these light would last WITH proper resistors.... they look great and all but I'd hate to buy these expensive bulbs every three months..

Sumo (or anybody else), is you DRL/Switch back/Fog combo from autolumination still works???

you can get LED protectors to protect them on the autolumination page. I had the LED DRL's from autolumination (same one as Sumo's) on my 08 Tahoe LTZ and it looked GREAT.

No need for resistors or protectors for non blinking dual circuit leds.

In other words, I'm good to go without resistors for fog lights and DRLs but need one for the flashbacks turn lights, right???
Anybody running exterior LEDs from a different company other than autolumination?

I run some autolumination and some v-leds.

And yes drls, backup lights, brake lights don't need either resistors or protectors ... neither would fogs i suppose but I'm not sure why anyone would want to do that. Leds as fogs are basically going to provide as much useful light as drls.

I got these as my drl/turn signal switchbacks: http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED-...te-LED/V-LEDS-TYPE-1-DUAL-COLOR-p5168713.html

The 3157 120 High Powered Wide Angle SMT LEDS from here: http://autolumination.com/3157_3156.htm White for backup and red for rear blinker.

The interior led kit from hid guy with courtesy, vanity, license plate.

And some T10 Wedge SMT Tower , Color: 6K , Lens: 194 leds for puddles from autolumination.
