Let’s call my 2013 Chevy Tahoe the BEAST!!!

So I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Chevy Tahoe with only 45k miles. It drives well but it’s got to be the loudness Tahoe I’ve ever owned. I’m not sure what to do but there’s no way I can tolerate the noise for long. Has any one else had problems with road noise? I’ve owned three Tahoe’s before and never heard something like that before.

Nothing is mechanically wrong with the car it’s just loudas shit, Like the engine is about to blow. I wouldn’t want to drive long road trips in it.

Any suggestions?

You've got to be more specific. Does it have the original exhaust or 2-chamber Flowmasters? What kind of tires are on it? Like Wes said, consider taking a video and posting it up so folks can help out.

Pretty vague. Define loud.
When you hit the go pedal....intake tube not stock?
Speed noise like tires?
Loud like no muffler?
Etc etc.

Sorry but The Beast is in my driveway; the name is taken lol. Blown 6.0 with cam and baskcally open headers. Now THATS loud.

I'll take a video so everyone can hear.......As I accelerate, the engine seems to hum..........the noise comes from the engine block area. At first, I thought possible the bearings or ball joints could be bad.
