Not quite sure if this topic has been talked about much but I'm curious.

I have been pondering the thought of building a 4-link for my truck. I'm curious to get others ideas on what design would work best. I have been eyeing SDs parallel kit with panhard bar. http://www.suicidedoors.com/4-link-kits/thorbecke-brothers/parallel-4-link-kit . I have also been thinking about a triangulated kit as well. This is my idea, it's not the greatest picture but hopefully you guys get the idea of what I'm thinking. It happens to be on a 69Chevelle.

I'm sorry, I have no info or opinions, but I am curious.
To do this mod looks like it involves some major work done to the truck.
I'm not trying to be a smartass or aything, but why? What does this mod do for you? Smoother Softer ride? More flex? More/Less carrying capacity? What?
Yes, I'm a newb.

99Yuk... "links w/coils" gives the vehicle more "options"... can be a corner-carver and tow vehicle WITH a smoother ride. Basically, it lets the bags handle the "load support" without having to deal with the "location" so you can better dial-in what you're needing. Leaf springs handle both the load support AND location, economically - but at a cost of being able to dial-in the ride to best possible condition (not the best at controlling side-to-side loads).

Thanks Tiger

99Yuk,
I have been pondering this idea for about two years now. It doesnt seem to be a very popular for the 2dr 2wd guys. I have plenty of material for several differant styles and I can always fall back on SDs kit. When/IF it happens I'll keep you posted. Its the lack of info thats making me so hesitant to dive in.
