Lockpick Installed but...

I got the Lockpick installed. Installation and stashing the unit behind the glove box was very easy. The problem is, my radio and nav work but the lockpick doesn't seem to work. I press the mute button 4x's and it just doesn't seem to work. Perhaps I need to set a dip switch?

I have an 07 Tahoe w/ factory navigation. All dip switches are in the up position as per the instructions. Nothing special on the lockpick accept the Ipod connector.

Nevermind, it works. I just had to play with the force and speed in which I press the mute button.

Your dipswitches should all be up position. When driving, put a dvd in and then press mute 4x. if that does not work try window lockout 4x. Are you getting any response from the unit at all?
