They were running about 3-4 weeks last I heard for updates but that sounds like maybe they lost your request? How about looking into this Shannon @BlackBearPerf ?

That was my worry, but after 3 weeks I sent them a gentle reminder note and heard back from Justin that they were working toward it. So I decided not to pester them again because I want them to feel like they have the time and space to do it right since it's a non-standard request (new cam).

Thanks! Will do! It’s been about 35 business days in my case. I’m not upset but it would be a good boost to Black Bear’s customer experience to communicate what folks can expect when they send their files in.

Tune came in last Thursday. Very little adjustment needed, which is great. Justin, as always, did his homework and gave it his full attention. That attention is worth the wait for the retune, and keep in mind he got me the tune I needed for the initial start after the first cam swap in less than a week, so that’s great.
