Longer sway bar end links for front - better handling questions

Don't get me wrong it handles pretty awesome already. It does not lean or pitch. But at high speed I notice the front needs some stability.

Is there a better longer sway bar end link in the front that lifted people use? I already have a solid rear kit from pro comp. it has huge longer end links in the back. No complaint from the rear at all.

What about my front end links? I was traveling pretty fast at say 90 and the truck pitched a little on lane change it was all in the front end. Is that due to my sway bar angles in front? I want to stiffen up the front end some.

I'm using factory shocks and shock extender brackets in front. New stock swaybar end links. No factory bump stops which prob is a main problem, The rubber pieces. 3" lift spindles and 3" lift keys.

The trucks sits perfect at 4" to match the rear. being that I'm all about performance this is the height I'll be staying at. I just want handling to be tighter.

I plan to get some 4" lift shocks for the front to match the rear shocks. Replace all the factory rubber parts that are missing from my front suspension. As well as something better for the sway bars end links in front longer and thicker.

Some of the rear hardware. This pic shows the size of the rear end links. Panhand bracket was also welded. Didn't drill the bolt hole. I'm also going to weld the brackets that extend the lower trailer arms to the frame. My lift is permanent. Lol

This is what is missing in my truck. I think these trucks need them. And it sorta explains the front pitch When I switched lanes hard and the front shock compressed.

You have no front bumpstops? Yeah you want some.

Those are not bump stops but jounce stops. The travel stop is on the UCAs for down travel. The rubber acts as a damper for up travel. You def need those correct handling. I've seen some where guys have put box tubing under them to the frame mount so that the rubber pieces touch the LCA while sitting level on lifted rides.

Also can't seem to find longer rods as most lift kits drop the entire bar down. So that leaves you with going to the local auto parts store and looking at some in the box that are the same diameter size as stock but longer. Then report to us what make/model they came from. To increase the handling with bars on a lifted truck I would look into the Eibach front and rear kit. Almost got them for my old 01 Yukon but will eventually get them for the 11 Denali at some point.

Did you ever get your end links and sway bar bushings swapped? Just replaced the rear links with longer jeep links to correct the angle after lift and need to lengthen the front links and swap sway bar bushings front and rear. Anyone know the stock NBS Z71 sway bar diameter or stock front end link length and diameter? I'm seeing a few different sizes online. Appreciate any responses..

Thanks for the links. Had the jeep extended links in the rear for a bit and recently supplemented them with energy bushings as well the 29mm bushings for the stock rear sway.

Went with the 2500/3500HD extended links up front also with energy bushings and they're beefy tough.

The stock diameter front sway is 32mm however the bushings that came with the links are 36mm and I have them squeezed which seem to be working. Have an order placed for the 32mm however.

Anyone know whether the 36mm HD sway fits the NBS Tahoe?

Stock JK end links will also work on the rear if you are lifted if anyone is looking for rear links.

Have you installed your 2500/3500HD front sway bar links yet? If so, did you have to modify anything?? I'm getting ready to order them for my 02 z71. I like the fact they are 1" longer. I have 2.5" keys with bilstiens. The cognito's if I am understanding all this correctly come in stock height, then go up to 4", and so on....

I broke 2 sets of stock length links (6"). Installed the Cognito's and haven't had an issue since. Mine are the 7" ones. See installed pics above.
