Local dealer finally got 3 or 4 2015i in stock. Each one had a $300 pin stripe painted on and a $1800 "Additional Shipping" charge. WTF? How do you look a customer in the eye and try to explain that? Almost every new GMC and Buick on their lot had the same pin stripe. Must add a decent number to their bottom line each year. Bastards.

The wife and I don't even want to talk numbers with them. Pretty much set on making a mini vacation to STL and back.

My dealer added "$200" front tint and a "$300" paint protection pckg to every Denali/Escalade on their lot--Long story short, they were free on my vehicle.

Check book in hand and on full display makes those add on charges go away fast. It makes your dealer sweat because the leverage changes.
It doesn't matter if you use it, but its like bringing the hammer..

All of that stuff is easy to negotiate out of IMO.
Find a supplier pin, tell the dealer to remove those charges, and do it before the 1st to get the extra $1,250 rebate now available..
