I was curious to see what it was worth stock. Excellent condition is $5685 from KBB.

He put a a lot of money into it, but is it up to the buyer to pay the seller for the mods? Maybe $1000 over KBB, I wouldnt pay more than $6800.

you haven't been on the forums long enough to say that.

What exactly do you mean by that? I have been on this forum since the begining. I was simply implying that the truck displayed in the thread would be a great addition to the forum. However, I am very partial to a lifted 2 door Tahoe, or any lifted truck at that. But, I wasn't saying it was better than anyone elses.

So, in short, what you said makes no sense to me.

i would be suprised if he took $6800 for it. don't get pissed if he laughs at that...

if hes dieing to get rid of it 8K is probably already on the low end of what he wants for it. someone offered me 6800 for mine i'd laugh and tell you to GTFO. :)

Truck great addition to the forum? What about the nut behind the wheel? So it would be just a number...quantity not quality. I could name a handful of lifted hoes before this one.

Not one with a ****** wich...wtf are you gonna do with that. No interior pics? Truck is OVER DONE! Clean is not the word you use to describe this thing. 8k is much. So is 68k for a "rare" truck. A lifted truck takes a beating on the drivetrain...hope he has reciepts. 2dr hoes are cheap and exspensive round here. No need to buy someone else's project...some else's worries and woes.

Well I respectivly disagree with you. Just because it's lifted doesn't make it a complete ************* that has had the shit wheeled out of it and has no life ahead of it making it the next owners problem. I do not know the history of this truck nor have I ever seen it, so I cannot comment on that. But from the pics, it looks like it was well taken of, and up here, $6800 is about average for a 2 door with those miles and without a lift. I'm sorry you don't like lifted trucks with a lot accessories, but some of us do. And a winch is useless? Are you kidding me? And as long as the drive train is built right, it will hold up just fine to all the additions. I don't know what a EOP is so someone will have to explain that one to me.

Yeah, you've got to take into account the winch is worth $1K on its own, the tires too, the lift, etc. Rigs like that here in Seattle are going for around $10K. But that's here in the heart of enviro-****-land, so lifted rigs are also very hard to come by. I don't know, dude. I think $8K is pretty fair, if it isn't throwing any codes, or anything. You should plan on having to do the alternator and fuel pump soon, and you should absolutely pull the cover off the rear diff, and verify that the gov-lock has been replaced. With tall gears like that, there's no way a gov-lock will hold up.

Push on the drivelines where they enter the transfer case, look for play/leaks. If the transmission went before 100K miles, it's seen some abuse. You might be in for a transfer case, too. Make sure all the steering linkage is tight too.

This will give you some leverage on the price.

If you were vouching from your first hand experience in actually seeing the truck, I then might could give you credit for your statements. Sounds to me like you're just being a tool, because you obviously aren't a fan of lifted whips. Shit can be done right and shit can be done wrong when its built like this. Its up to the buyer to make sure and check all the main important shit and make sure its been done right from the get go, which is why he comes on here and asks ppl for their input on what to check for, tells us what the truck has done to it, etc. Not for biased toolbags like yourself to get on here and tell him he's a ******* moron just because he's looking at a lifted truck.

Woah Woah...I like lifted Hoes...Bama 2drs and CompHoe's lifted truck are ****!
9" Lift thats '......'

How long ago was that done? With what parts? Wonder how much shocks are going to be to replace the old one? Why a winch? Could only tell you what the owner's goals were when driving this thing...such as off roading...mud bogging etc. Winch to pull it self or other trucks that were stuck. I'd take a real good look at thing thing.

and you MR. DrinkyJosh are a TOOLBAG yourself. I didn;t not call no one here a "******* moron". Go back to the pop-up picture books your use to reading. :deal:
