Yes, but must come from a 4dr Tahoe or Yukon that is equipped with a rear AC as they are different in width from other regular Tahoe / Yukon.

'04 yukon is very different from a '98 yukon.
not sure they interchange.

i just checked on gmc zone and the cargo cover i have will fit 97-04 3rd row cargo area.
