So what i did was used a Ebay 6in cree LED light bar, My factory fog light housing was already busted missing the lens. I popped out the little bulb shield inside of it and used a longer bolt on the LED mount and mounted it to where the bulb would hook up to the back side of fog light housing. pretty simple, clean look and you can just splice LED lights into factory fog light wiring and don't have to worry about running any wires.

Thank you for posting this. Mine was missing the fog light covers when I bought it and I'd rather replace the whole light with something decent since the factory fogs aren't very bright anyway.

Once it gets dark tonight I'll go take pictures of how bright the LED fog lights are.

I put those same lights under the bumper for reverse lights, they work pretty good. Not sure how much the do for fog lights, but they are probably better than the stock housings

So did you remove the old fog lights entirely? And how did you attach the lights? Looks like it's just bolted through the old housing?

Yeah, because the plastic was already gone on front and so I just took out the little chrome light guard reflector whatever the hell it is, and slid the light bar into factor housing. Worked out great.

Wow I guess I never got a notification for this thread when you posted the pictures. Using the stock fog lights to mount LED bars gave me a great idea (I think)...

How are the lights holding up. Do you have any pictures to see what the beam looks against a wall. Thinking of doing this to my Tahoe. Thanks
