what was the grand total for all the replacement pieces. I want to do it too, but It looks like it could be costly!

$654.76 for the eight pieces of pretty plastic ordered from three different sources. :jawdrop:

Must have cost GM about $30.00 to have them made. :wtf2:

On the bright side, when I'm done, I'll be happy with the look of the interior. :)

O.K., I just ordered parts 25807743, 20877680, and 20883864. Further information to follow after I receive the items.

Still waiting for part 25807743, but it's going to be a match for sure! I'll post an update when that part comes in, as that will be the last part for this project.

Confirmation that parts 20877680 and 20883864 are the correct replacement parts for the left front and right front doors for those that want to go with the Z71 look over the fake wood look. Installed this evening. :)

Something interesting about ordering parts 20877680 and 20883864 is that I was expecting to receive the bezels only, as that's what the GM schematic showed. Instead, I received a lot more. So, I just removed the Z71 bezels from the parts received and swapped them out for the fake wood bezels in my Tahoe. Here are two pictures (top chopped off as I took the pictures quickly, installed the bezels, and then realized my picture-taking limits again!), with the first one being what I received, and the second one being what I actually used.

When the last part comes in next week, I will post a detailed "FINAL ANSWER" of each part number, along with some pictures of the finished project. All I can say right now is "Damn, the interior looks stunning! So elegant and pleasing to my eyes." :winner_first_h4h:

Here is my “FINAL ANSWER” on replacing the eight fake wood trim parts with the Z71 trim parts on a 2010 Tahoe LTZ. These same part numbers will work on a 2011 Tahoe LTZ. This list does NOT apply to 2009 and earlier models.

Driver side instrument panel trim plate (dash area) -- 25807743

Center instrument panel trim plate (dash area) -- 25807745

Center instrument panel accessory trim plate (plate that goes around the Radio/AC/Navigation spot on the front center console) -- 25807746

Center console cupholders/storage compartment -- 20951471

Driver side front door switch bezel -- 20877680

Passenger side front door switch bezel -- 20883864

Driver side rear door switch bezel -- 25909747

Passenger side rear door switch bezel -- 25909753

Since this part has been mentioned in this topic, I thought I would mention it again in this wrap-up post: Passenger side instrument panel trim plate (dash area) -- 25807742, as far as a 2010 or 2011 Tahoe LTZ is concerned, is not needed.

The only warning I want to mention is that if it is possible to install extended towing mirrors on a 2010 or 2011 Tahoe LTZ and you have them installed, parts 20877680 and 20883864 may not be correct; I just don’t know.

I will post pictures of the interior of my vehicle as soon as possible, although it may be as late as this weekend before I have enough time. :winner_first_h4h:

Here are the first five of eight pictures of the finished Z71 trim project.

The fifth picture show a good place to carry a weapon.
