Lost key. Got New One Cut Now it gots the car with the lock only before starting

since it is a 03 it should learn it the first 10 minute try but could maybe take 3X 10 min.
make sure everyhting is off radio, lights, heater so it doesn't kill the battery

it's standard procedure when security light comes on, what is happening is it starts and the pcm shuts off the injectors because of security error, so it starts and shuts off in like 1-2 seconds

She’ll idle all day long but no acceleration, but so im correct jus turn key to on position for 10 mins then off for 10 sec -1 minute the 10 sec I seen on google.

no, if it was the security then it would just start and then die, I must have misunderstood what the problerm is, I would check the fuel pressure readings next and checkout the throttle body/maf

I'm not aware that an '03 key has security (e.g., chip). Isn't that just a cut key, or am I wrong on that?

But all the problems started after key was made. I got a deleted computer ima try to throw on there today.

All problems started when key was made the same Day. It’s weird

As @Doubeleive recommended, check the fuel pressure at the rail. Is there enough fuel in it to move the gauge and prime the pump?

no chip, but if the security light were on / flashing then it would need a relearn regardless

He said the security light goes off and it will run for 10 min or so. So I wouldn't think it's a security issue. I believe that the RPMs are limited in Park.

The '03 should have the Passlock system, so IF that needs to be reset here's the procedure:

No chip in that key. I have no chip in my 05 keys.
