its just RFID....not a big deal at all, and not unique. common to any aftermarket audio/alarm installer.
you can cut the RFID chip out and tape it to your forehead, then just use a regular cut copy key from home depot to start the truck.
aftermarket alarm installers for remote start have to hide one up in the dash so that the engine immobilizer is disabled so the remote start will work.

Wait, so were you saying that you put the electronic part of a Tahoe/Yukon key fob in a Lexus key fob and made it work? If so that's unique.
