lost tune

Hooked up the Hypertech to the Tahoe and got a communication error with the throttle. I cleared DTC and tried again. it said return to stock and now won't go back. Programmer is now giving me a 7E code and shuts off. Anybody know what that means? On the bright side truck runs but it don't pick up or shift like before.
I'm thinking radio and amp come on when I turn the key could this voltage draw be affecting program?

Update for anyone who cares:
HYpertech 7E Error: I got under the hood & pulled the radio and amp fuse. Also unplugged the radar detector. Hypertech programmer worked without issue. Got my Tune back! SO I guess the voltage draw was the cause of the 7E Error.
Hypertech has to do till I am ready for a real tune.

glad you got it squared away, i say stop fiddling around with over the counter tune and get yourself a real tune etc: bb /wheatley tune can't go wrong.. i love my tune of the best mods I've done to the truck, prior to my bb tune i had Hypertech also and doesn't even touch with a custom tune could do, Im pretty sure you know this already.. maybe a few words of encouragement my friend

Travieso I hear you and I'm sure it is. I do plan to get a real tune in the future. I need my headers & electric fans before I attempt to do it though. Till then it is what it is.
