Loud high pitch noise

Please help me figure out what this noise is driving me crazy, don’t hear it coming from engine bay only hear it on driver side rear under the vehicle

Too high pitched to be fuel pump imo sounds more like tinnitus ringing in your ear, and no it doesn’t change pitch

if you record and move your phone around there more you should be able to isolate the source, could be the fuel pump as mentioned I have heard them make very similar noise but usually not as high of a pitch. there isn't anything else back there that would do anything while not moving besides the rear hvac

back it up on some ramps that should give you plenty of room

My 95 S-10 Blazer sounded like that from the time it was new. It was the fuel pump on that truck. Let us know what you find after crawling under there.
