Grandson has an 04 Silverado that makes a noise similar to this I think. Might be a similar system as yours. We found that we could move the heat control just a bit toward the warm setting and it would quiet down. Probably not your noise but easy to try it.
I'll give it a try and see what happens. Like I mentioned when I first got the car it was doing it to me and it was cold out so I had the heat going. Didn't notice at all summer when I had the AC on but since I cranked the heat back over now it's doing it again.

Thanks..... ( usually, raising volume , un mutes ).... I barely hear the 'chirp'. Not really enough to diagnose.....
As tom3 recommended doing lowering the heat settings, I dropped it down to 80° on both sides and I'm still getting the noise. Since you're saying you're having trouble hearing the noise I took some more video this morning while I was driving to capture the audio. As you can see in the video for some reason it likes to occur when I take my foot off the brake, maybe like seven out of 10 times it'll do this. The one video is me turning the car off and taking the key out of the ignition That's when it gets really weird with the noise it makes. But as I also mentioned I could be sitting there doing absolutely nothing and the noise is there with no discernible timing between the noise.

Damn! No I completely forgot sorry. I'll have time tomorrow morning to do it. Right now I am driving to a job I have and I haven't had the heat on and I have not heard that noise once. Tomorrow morning I have some time and it seems like when it's cold out my first started up at 10s to do it more often. With what I just said though with not having to heat on I don't know if it's a fluke and it's maybe because the car is nice and warmed up and has been driven around for a little bit this morning while it was making that noise initially.

It was making the noise today while I was driving I had a chance to pull over I pulled the HVAC1 fuse turn the car back on so they're driving thought it would away sure enough it started to come back within about a minute. Pulled over again and I also pulled out the HTR/AC fuse and same thing still getting the noise. It's definitely strange and only happens in colder weather and I'm assuming when the heat's on but yesterday kind of threw me through a loop because I had the heat on and I was not getting the noise while I was driving.

Right now I have an hour before I have to head back out again and usually when I jump back in the car after I initially drive it it seems like it doesn't happen again, now there are instances where it does but for the most part I don't tend to realize it happening again after I initially start the car and drive it first thing in the morning.

When I pulled the car over to first pull the fuse out and I stepped outside to pull the panel off of the side I can actually hear the noise through the firewall I noticed for the first time because I've never gotten outside the car and paid attention to it. I only heard it once while it happened so I couldn't really pinpoint it and see if maybe it was coming from around the engine and making the noise into the interior. To me it sounds like it's coming from the interior while I'm inside cuz it just seems like it floats all around on my side of the dashboard and the instrument cluster sounds like it's coming from under where the pedals are it just sounds like it's everywhere in that general area.

I've worked on cars from the '70's.......
Try this...... Carefully, use the palm of your hand, and beat on your dash in different places , top to lower areas.

It might just go away..... ( I bet, you think I'm kidding... :D

if possible try to get a longer video of this happening and upload it to youtube and then post the link here.
the longer the video of it happening, with the radio off and ac fan off the better.
windows up, no seat belts loose or anything else rattling around.
you might even try moving your phone around under the dash as well to try and zero in on where it is coming from.
