I have a 2003 chevy tahoe 5.3 about 139k cia, when I go too drive the car an approach red lights the rmp will drop the volt will drop low as if I had my system turned up, the secondly when I'm driving in reverse backing out of the drive way if I don't stay on the gas the car will die when you go to switch into drive..throttle body was replaced about 2 years ago along with the fuel pump an filter. A guy had told me it could be my throttle sensor due too the car idling so low. If I remember right he said it was idling about 5-400 specially with the heat or a/c on. Anybody have any ideas ?

Get throttle body cleaner and MAF cleaner at the parts store and follow the instructions. Any CEL?

Well worth a look. It may not be just your battery. You mentioned a "System" and I assume you mean an amplified audio system. I would check:

1) the static voltage at the battery. Engine and key off. (no loads at all.) Should be 12.4V+

2) turn on the key and turn on the headlights, blower motor and your system. If it drops below 9 volts within a few seconds, your battery is done.

3) start the engine and check charging voltage at the battery (all loads off again - engine running). Should be 13.6v+
