Ok guys so I don't know if I just noticed this or what but I thought my truck always idled at about 38-40psi and rises obviously to about 60 psi at WOT. But lately I've been paying attention on these last 100 degree days and noticed that when warm at idle I'm about 20-23 psi at 210 degrees. At 50mph 1500 rpms I'm at 35psi. At WOT I'm at 45psi Maby 50. Now I changed my oil last 1000 miles ago with mobile 1 synthetic 5w30 no additives with a Bosch filter. The filter was my first suspect so I swapped it today for a wixx. No change and yes I topped off the oil after the filter changed and my oil level is perfect. No engine light or noise. The owners manual says nothing about what normal pressure is. I'm worried that I now have lower oil pressure and I don't know what could suddenly cause this. I mean weather it's 60 degrees out or 100 how much difference in oil pressure can there be if the motor only ever gets to 210 degrees. What do you guys run at. Oh and the truck has 33k on it I'm the first owner and have ALWAYS changed the oil every 3-5k with the above mentioned oil and usually fram filters. Should I bring it to a dealer and have them check it out? I don't want to spin a bearing not saying I will now but if it drops lower then 20psi at idle I'm really going to worry thanks guys
