do the helper bags work with air ride? th ones i saw online are for springs only

They will work for a non-functioning air ride. If your air ride is working properly, they won't do you any good, because your truck should auto level itself. but if they aren't working properly, and you go to tow something, you could put more air in the bags to level your truck out.
