how was the ride quality with your set up?

Excellent. 10 times better than stock. After I put back to stock, it felt like a boat compared to lowered...

It's because of the way the 3 studs go in. the top one on each side can't go from the back so it goes from the front (kinda)

As you can see in the pic, on the top of each, there is a nut, so yes, everything you need is there
