Well been occupied with too many more important things. but so far I have got the truck to the exhaust shop, they cut about 1" out of both collector end pipes, to shorten up the ORY. The redid my pass 02, and connected the rest of the exhaust. Still left it side exit like stock. But IMO this is quite as can be, and I like it. Engine is down or power now cause the tune is wayoff. I need to get it retuned, but I also have to get the converter installed 1st, so we will see whats happens soon. Maybe have the converter in over the weekend. I guess now is the time I should start calling my tuner, cause he gets pretty booked up sometimes.

Okay tuner is going to retune it when I get the truck to him. Good guy. :) But all thats on hold since I blew the tranny up. Im getting it fully built, vette servo, alto clutches, new sunshell, etc. Now I have to send the converter to Yank for a full cut/clean, so I can have it when the trans is ready. Sucks but truck is going to be down for couple of weeks atleast. Then Im getting the retune. Also just put a new starter on it, and the 130a alternator before all this. I may do the GMT900 brake upgrade, and call it good after the repaint. But I practically rebuilt this entire thing.

yea, building a built tranny which is actually ready. Just got to pay up. Also got to send the converter back to Yank to have it cut and clean for the new trans. Should be a beast. Now my tuner is saying I need to update the driveshaft for a built piece for $500 to get it perfected on the dyno, cause its flatout dangerous. SO I may have the works, minus a trutrac for now.

yea sucks on the tranny. The driveshaft is built aluminum piece MUCH stronger than stock. It cost 500$ from Trick performance. My tuner said it would be a wise choice, but budget is too tight right now.
