Anyone out there with a magnacharger setup (tvs 1900 or 2300) running E85? Magnusun said it can be done, but need a super wa-zoo pump, custom rails and super duper injectors... Just curious, would like the higher octane for tuning, fuel mileage will already be tanked so if I can fill it cheap that might be an incentive...?

You will ned a wally 450 pump, larger primary fuel line and a GM hot wire kit for fuel pump.
Use your oem primary as your new return line.
You will need to easily double if not triple your injector size.
As well as need a good fuel regulator.
Oem rails will be fine.

Its very easy to do, just costs some money.

Go to performancetrucks.net and dig in the forced induction section. 70% of those guys run E85 with their blowers. Its very common.

Yess get ready to loose A TON of mpg.
E85 on even a NA engine setup require 30% more fuel, to make the same AFR.

Consider doing a methanol kit instead. It wont allow for as much boost, but will probably get you where you want.
Its cheap and can get you some really good results. @JennaBear for a meth kit, she runs one on her ride. Im sure she can also throw ya a deal if you talk all sweet like.

I'm running E85 on stock lines with no issues.

Setup is Walbro 450 with Racetronix hotwire kit (previously oem flex fuel pump with Kenne Bell boost a pump, but upgraded and ditched the BAP after it killed a third oem pump). 75# fuel injector connection injectors custom built by Jon (contact him, he'll set you up with the right injectors for your needs) and oem fuel pressure regulator. Using the magnacharger stock fuel rails.

Plan on getting 8-9 mpg around town on e85, maybe 10. The power comes from the additional timing, not the fuel itself, so you need a good tuner to see the gains.

My butt dyno says I picked up 40-50rwhp on e85 over 93

JennaBear... I've got a good feeling I'll be contacting you guys in the near future... A friend of mine from the Silverado SS forum just informed me that you guys offer a First Responder discount too, true?

We used to have a 2003 Arrival Blue SS back in the day :), still vendors on that site! We offer tuning as well as all major brand name parts. We do offer discounts to active duty LEOs and military. We used to have a first responder discount, but bad apples ruined that one :/.
