Mass air flow sensor cleaner on back order nation wide.

Hey fellas, I have been trying to clean my mass air flow sensor. I haven't had any luck finding the mass air flow sensor cleaner anywhere. Seem like it's on back order nation wide. I also started to look for electrical connector cleaners and seem like they are back ordered also. What is a alternative cleaner I can use. Brake cleaner and throttle body cleaners are available. But I was a adviced not to use those because they are too strong. Any input is greatly appreciated.

ive used rubbing alcohol once. i was told its ok, but you might want to look that one up your self.

I have a can of Mass Air sensor cleaner I'll sell ya for 1 million dollars! Lol

On a serious note, you could probably use isopropyl rubbing alcohol

You gotta watch some of the electrical contact cleaners will mess up plastics.

I used to use rubbing alcohol back in the late 80s/early 90s before they started making MAF cleaner in a spray can

I just got a check engine light last week for maf-went to advance auto they had it in stock.Cleaned and light has not come back on YET.
