What is the last 8 of your vin#
By application that is for the 06 6.0L.
07 has a different #
This fits the 4.3L 4.8L 5.3L 5.7L 6.0L 8.1L

If you look at the link I supplied, it was for the 2006 and the GM part number on the link is the same as what @915_Tahoe supplied, which is 19330121. Looked up at RA.
I would be way more inclined to believe @915_Tahoe as to what fits your 2006.
When I look up the same part for a 2007 and with the 5.3 engine it calls for 19351885 or the 6.2 engine calls for 19351888.
