Well it hasn't had a full rebuild, but about 1400 miles ago it had all of the gaskets replaced, as well as quite a bit of rear end work.

You can check your codes!

You need a paer clip or small piece of wire.

IIRC you " jump" the A and B terminal on your ADL connector ( on the left side under your dash)

Then count how many times your check engine light flashes.

First it will flash once, then twice , Which is 12

It will flash code " 12" 3 times .

Then any trouble codes will flash the same way.

Then after all trouble codes are displayed, it will close out flashing code " 12 " 3 timmes again.

EXAMPLE:

12
12
12

Then trouble codes( 23 ? 15 ? )

12
12
12

Not as good as OBD2 but still helps in diagnosing.

Good luck.

The only code I got was a cylinder misfire, didn't tell me anything I didn't know, so I brought it in and got it all checked...

I now officially feel like an idiot, why you may ask, because it was the first thing I suspected, and the first thing I discarded as it wouldn't be that...

My ignition system was going, (spark plugs look like they haven't been changed in well over 200,000kms (over 120000miles)...
I discarded that idea because i thought it would do it all the time not just under load, well i was wrong...

And the funniest part of it all, is I had spark plugs and wires sitting at home for when I got some free time lol, so they changed my PCV valve, distrubutor cap, distributor rotor, and fuel filter, i'll be doing the plugs and wires tonight after work. Even with what they did it runs properly.

So problem solved lol, thanks so much for all your help guys, you kept me sane during this time >.<
