Getting antsy to do "something"... mechanically it's done till steering gets replaced/upgraded, power is done till its paid off and I contemplate super or turbo, still waiting for powerfold tows...

So thinking of trying a slight appearance mod to go with the "MTB" theme. Something like this on the bottom of the rear side windows?? :hmm:

Are you satisfied with the Black Bear tune? Did they tweak the shifting?

The BB tune is night & day from stock. I hate myself for not using them on my last two GM trucks... wasting money on handhelds.

Shifting is spot on as well. Stock settings would shift too early and the truck would fall flat on its face at around 60mph while trying to get up to speed on the highway. Now it keeps pulling HARD through ~90, and probably further but I haven't gone further

I might have to look into this!

Not much has changed.... but been a good 2 days. Tire rotation, oil change, greased joints, and a quick wash today

Will be putting her to use soon. Closing on a house at the end of the 29th and looking for a nice enclosed trailer to help with moving

Used every little bit of the lift/tires/gears today. Truck was loaded down with trail maintenance equipment and we had to get deep into the woods for the planned work. The rangers forgot to unlock the gate to the access road, so we had to take a "detour" up and around a powerline path that's long, steep, and loaded with sugar sand. The only thing I didnt do was air down, so I didnt make it up the steepest sections (of course i tried the hard lines first ). In the end we got there, and 4-low with the 6L90E and 4.56s feels like it can rip a house down!!

Only regret is not getting out and having my son stand in the ruts that were up to his knees. If we dont get any rain I'll head out on Tuesday with my bike to document the shenanigans

So it is a 4x4. I think that's the first time you've mentioned that fact in this thread.
