I looked under the block and closely inspected all connections. All of it looks as clean and tight as the day the truck was built. I guess I will need to trace that wire back to the battery. Is there some kind of junction between the block and the battery that the always hot leads would go to?

only one wire feed from the battery to that block which supplies power to all the stuff in there. if your vehicle starts but, you see no voltage on the line feed terminal side of the fuse socket or the load side when a properly working fuse is installed, the problem is inside that block.

Yea, it starts fine and runs great. I'm thinking you're right. I don't think there's power to the ABS fuse either. The rest are hot. Would it be repairable, or should I start looking for a new block, and where?

I think one bus bar feeds all of the hot line feed slots of the **** fuses. I forgot if the are riveted to others or terminal'ed. if riveted you may have to get the entire bus bar assembly. if not you can likely get that one piece from a junkyard.

That's what I could tell when I looked at it. I didn't notice if it was riveted or not. I don't understand why the bar would power some fuses and not others. It looks solid down the line. I'm learning something new about this beast every day. :owned:
