5.3 = mechanical LSD smaller ring gear
6.2/duramax = mechanical LSD bigger ring gear
6.2/duramax = electronic LSD bigger ring gear
Interesting, when I went to one of the online parts retailers w/ a GM catalog, only 2 came up for the Tahoe and Yukon I looked at...one for electronic and one for Mechanical...but I trust your info more! Thanks!

Ex post facto info: went to parts.gmparts.com and only found 2 of the 3 P/N you show above as availble:
84881479 and 84766418. With Fitment notes as follows

I would avoid GMPARTSGIANT - They sent me DORMAN 4WD actuator instead of OEM as I was expecting and I had to pay restocking fee and shipping for it. I will say away from them. I also read lots of people had bad experience with GMPARTSDIRECT.
