Well you have the newer ones and I do not know how BB tunes them. I would say yes but by asking them you will get an honest answer. My 6L80E transmission on my 2009 was running fine and now it shifts faster and slightly more firm. This was done with Justin in the truck seeking my preferences as we drove. My preference is durability over performance and he tuned it with those goals in mind.
