so i decided i was going to stick with the mcgaughys. today i installed the drop springs in the rear only. i drove it and everything went well its a bit bouncy but not too bad, no lights or anything, tomorrow im going to install the front drop knuckles at school where i have a lift and heat and an alignment rack, this way i can do the alignment right away. i also called mcgaughys and spoke to a gentleman that said the people that do have issues with trac and ABS lights come on have not had a proper alignment yet. he said that CASTER CAMBER AND TOE must be adjusted not just camber and toe. without having it alined correctly he said the truck thinks it wants to flip over so it flashes those lights. otherwise truck looks awesome, i had to fight with the left side spring for it to line up with the frame pad. i did use the factory isolators. and i also found out that the springs CAN be installed upside down. i just put the part that sits completely flat on the axle and the side that tips a little on the frame. looks right to me. bud i did notice the brake line looks like its rubbing on the blue part of the shock. im not worried because that part of the shock doesnt move.
