The dealership should be able to pull up the event history for all of their inventory vehicles, which will show the date of every event (order, accepted, built, bayed...). My dealership just sent mine for my Z71 Tahoe built on April 13th and still sitting in Midlothian.Question for all you professional vehicle trackers Is there a way for me to find out the timeline of my Tahoe (ordered, built, etc dates)? I reserved it once it was already built and at status 4300. I’d like to know how long it’s been sitting. My dealer says he can only see current status code. Not sure if that’s true…he’s seemed annoyed whenever I ask him anything.
@kate_t - any luck with yours?
Yeah, we're a day apart for build date. The dealership should be able to pull up the event history for all of their inventory vehicles, which will show the date of every event (order, accepted, built, bayed...). Well that’s a bummer.I have only been able to see the current status (via GMC or Chevy chat), but not get the historical code changes and the dates the changes occurred. There was another shipping tracker (JackCooper) that showed a lot of ours had been stuck at the Midlothian lot and the day it arrived, but that site got taken down...
Okay, starting to really dislike my dealership bc they said they couldn’t see this…The dealership should be able to pull up the event history for all of their inventory vehicles, which will show the date of every event (order, accepted, built, bayed...). God forbid someone tries to give us better customer service than GM....wonder if it GM pressured them to take it down...same for "Linton" that was providing the event codes on the other forum...i know his dealership had recently changed hands but definitely odd that both the jack cooper site and linton were shut down relatively within the same time span....
I wonder if you will get the same message I did as your update... Still no window sticker for me - its the last tool left to know anything.Nope. My Resolutions person told me she was hoping the vehicle got picked up last week to go on the rail, but it didn't. My update day is Friday, unless there's "news" so I won't know anything until then...
